I hope that you and your family had a fun and safe summer. My name is Lequita Thomas and I will be teaching middle school English. I am very excited about continuing to be a member of Albert Bushnell Hart Elementary. I have nineteen years of teaching experience and I am looking forward to moving our students ahead to academic success.

I am thrilled about getting to know you and your child and making this a wonderful school year. If your child doesn’t have an interest in reading and writing, it is my ultimate goal to help him/her become passionate about both. I am planning a year filled with excitement and learning.

Other than reading, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, going to comedy shows, attending sporting events, checking out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
