What is the 21-Day Challenge? This challenge asks participants to make daily time and space to build more effective social justice habits; particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership—for 21 days.
Why 21 days? Science has proven it takes 21 days to create a habit! For the next 21 days, in honor of Black History Month, our LWSH community will post daily activities like reading an article, listening to a podcast, or reflecting on your personal experience, via Instagram to help foster a social justice understanding and awareness.
Participation in this challenge will help us to discover how racial inequity and social injustice impact our community, to connect with one another and identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of discrimination. This challenge is adapted from Dr. Eddie Moore and Debby Irving’s interactive 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge, which they launched in 2014.
We hope you are up for the CHALLENGE!
