Dear WGLA Parents & Families,

My name is Mr. Dominique Fishback, and it is with great enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Warner Girls' Leadership Academy. I am honored to join this dedicated community of educators, students, and families.

I am from Chicago, IL, and my journey in education began at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR, where I earned my undergraduate degree. I am also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., an organization that has instilled in me a commitment to leadership, service, and academic excellence. To further my expertise in the field, I earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Cleveland State University.

Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to the field of education, working tirelessly to support students' growth and development. My experiences have shaped my belief in the power of education to transform lives. I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, positive, inclusive, and equitable environment for all students.

As I step into this role, I am eager to collaborate with each of you to build on Warner Girls' Leadership Academy's strong foundation. Together, we will work to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
