• Greetings!

Welcome to Warner Girls' Leadership Academy, the proud home of the WGLA Wildflowers! Opened in September 2007, the Warner Girls' Leadership Academy is one of only five single-gender public schools in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and one of only two all-female Pk-8 schools. We are housed in a well-maintained state-of-the-art building labeled to reflect our all-female and gardening school themes.

Our vision is an inspired generation of young women who are confident, competent, and compassionate leaders that will make an impact on their community and beyond. Our mission is to cultivate personal growth, leadership, and achievement. During a visit to our school, you will see close to 400 WGLA Wildflowers in grades PK-8 proudly adorning our school colors of purple and red. Tour our site to learn more about what makes WGLA a special place for your daughter to:

    • Grow in a safe environment.
    • Lead to make a global impact.
    • Achieve academic mastery
WGLA has a team of dedicated and passionate educators, a network of district and community partners, and a multitude of engaged families. The Warner Girls' Leadership Academy is committed to providing a safe, caring, and challenging educational environment that promotes learning and achievement for all girls. We recognize and celebrate the diverse learning styles, interests, talents, and cultures of our girls and strive to offer a rich variety of meaningful learning experiences that will inspire confident learners, innovative thinkers, and future leaders.
