    What is PACE?

PACE (Planning and Career Exploration) program is designed for all students in grades 6-12. It includes an in-class curriculum as well as in-class and out-of-school experiences. The PACE program provides scholars with career awareness, exploration, and immersion activities to prepare students for their next steps upon graduation. Each student will graduate CMSD with a personalized career plan that they've selected after exposure to all career clusters.

    Greater Cleveland Career Consortium

The goal of the PACE program is to provide the same types of experiences and awareness activities for all students in the region. Because of this, the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium was created and spearheads the work of PACE.
