• IT Service Delivery & Management

    The Department of IT Service Delivery and Management is responsible for provisioning, managing, and maintaining the district’s network and technology infrastructures and data center, which is a combination of physical and cloud-based. In addition, the department provides and manages internet and WIFI connectivity, phone service, and telecommunications for fire and alarm systems in district facilities. It establishes and maintains technology infrastructure standards for building new schools and renovating existing schools. Additionally, it supports the technical infrastructure for safety and security surveillance solutions. It also provides end-user support services for students, families, and staff.
