    Legal ServicesThe Legal Services Division provides legal services for all legal matters involving the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. We work in a proactive manner where possible to minimize exposure to legal risks and provide day-to-day legal support of the District's operations.
     
    This includes: court actions brought by or against the District, claims of discrimination or harassment, student records requests, contract review and approval, labor and employee relations and review of public records requests.
