The Division of Academics' mission is to support, empower, and create exceptional schools through sound leadership and instructional practices.

As a data-driven division, we hold ourselves accountable to providing high-quality support and resources to both principals and teachers in order to consistently make gains towards our academic goals. Our unyielding commitment to being student focused, anchors our work in providing intellectually rich experiences for children in order to ensure that they graduate prepared for college, career, and life.

Our commitment to this vision will be evident by continuous school improvement, increased proficiency on state report card data, and by holding each other accountable to the highest degree of excellence.
