Organizational Accountability
Student accountability is a priority for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and the strides made by students across the district demonstrate our commitment to nationwide standards. The Department of Organizational Accountability supports schools in utilizing student data to make informed decisions that improve teacher instruction and increase student academic performance through the use of data.
The department is committed to providing data resources to enhance teachers’ ability to retrieve and evaluate the needs of all students. Through a variety of staff development opportunities, teachers and administrators are trained to access student data for the recognition of the strengths and areas of challenge of their students to target performance goals that support the District's goals and mission.
