    CSMD has partnered with Cleveland Clinic Children’s School–Based Health program, which offers a mobile, full-service pediatric office staffed with healthcare professionals. Voluntary, comprehensive healthcare services are offered to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

  • Students are seen for:

    • Complete physical examinations
    • Mental health consultations
    • Immunizations and health screenings
    • Routine labs
    • Adolescent reproductive health care
    • Cold and flu symptoms
    • Simple sprains and strains
    • Minor bumps and cuts;
    • Seasonal allergies
    • Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
    • Skin rashes
    • Medication checks (evaluate & change, if appropriate)
    • And more!
  • Appointment information

    • Students must be enrolled in order to be seen. Enrollment can be completed at clevelandclinicchildrens.org/regform.
    • Cleveland Clinic Children’s mobile unit visits varying CMSD schools Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Virtual visits are available Monday through Friday during business hours.
