Heart screens for student-athletes detect abnormalities
5/21/24 -- More than 80 students participated in preventative heart screenings earlier this school year and six were notified of abnormalities.

4/11/24 -- The team achieved that goal after finishing second during regionals. They will now compete in the Super Smash Bros. tournament against the best in Ohio at the University of Akron.

12/19/23 -- Student athletes received a screening that included an electrocardiogram and an ultrasound of the heart chambers. The procedure only takes minutes but can have a lasting effect if a heart defect is detected.
