AFI: Resource Evaluation
Policy
To facilitate a program of excellence, a plan of resource evaluation shall be periodically implemented. The evaluation plan shall be implemented in cooperation with The Cleveland Plan.
This evaluation shall include, but not be limited to the following quality indicators referenced in The Cleveland Plan:
- Student Achievement and Progress
- Community Engagement
- School Culture and Environment
- Instruction
- Educators
- Technology
- Finance
Staff, board members, consultants, and community members shall assist the administration on an as-needed basis. The evaluation shall be completed using professionally recognized criteria and procedures for evaluation.
