Policy
The Chief Executive Officer and their designee(s) shall periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the instructional programs in achieving the District’s educational goals and objectives.
The Chief Executive Officer may use the data obtained through these evaluations in their annual report to District residents required by Ohio Revised Code 3311.74. The purposes of the evaluation process are to:
- Monitor the progress of individual students
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of existing instructional programs
- Provide data for decision making regarding additions to, modification of, or deletions from the existing instructional programs
- Report to the public the relationship between the stated instructional goals of the District and student achievement and
- All other relevant data that the Chief Executive Officer deems necessary
The Chief Executive Officer shall report to the Board on the results of the evaluations according to Policy CL – Administrative Reports.
