    Policy

    The Chief Executive Officer shall issue an annual report to residents of the School District that includes results of achievement measurements of student academic performance, the nature of any corrective action being taken, descriptions of efforts undertaken to improve overall quality and efficiency of school district operations, and list the source of all revenues and descriptions of all expenditures during the preceding year.

    The Board of Education shall annually issue a report to the Governor, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Ohio General Assembly, describing the School District’s performance for the previous year on an array of measures adopted by the Board.

    In addition to these reports, the School District shall issue such other reports as may be required by State or Federal law, or as a condition to accepting grants.
