Policy
No person may sell or offer for sale any articles or services within school buildings or on school property or solicit contributions except those approved by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board. This policy does not prohibit any school fundraising activity authorized by the Chief Executive Officer or other appropriate building administrators.
The District may grant salespeople representing educational companies the opportunity to speak to teachers through the principal's office. However, such appointments must not interfere with the teachers' classroom work.
The school directory or lists of students are not made available to any outside person or agency for a profit-making purpose.
