Cleveland Browns Tank Carder encourages CMSD students to "fuel up" with healthy breakfast
(2015, March 6) Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and who better to help students understand that than a professional athlete?
Cleveland Browns linebacker Tank Carder took a time out to eat breakfast with students at Case School and talk about the importance of starting their day in a healthy way.
The breakfast visit was part of a program founded by the National Dairy Council and NFL called "Fuel up to Play 60," promoting nutritional meals that include low-fat dairy, in addition to physical activity for at least 60 minutes every day.
The Cleveland Browns plan to visit more CMSD schools to help students fuel up across the District.
