CMSD uses a collectively-bargained system to evaluate our classified union staff.  Our model is called CRESS, which stands for Classified Represented Education Support Staff. The system provides for an end-of-year rating discussion between the employee and manager and ratings in several competency areas.

    Evaluators are required to take a certification exam to prepare to evaluate employees in CRESS.  The certification test can be taken at East Professional Center. Please register with the Professional Development Office to confirm testing is held the day you wish to attend.
