National Customer Service Week (NCSW) recognizes the essential work of customer service delivery and the professionals of the organization who are essential to the work.
At CMSD “we are ALL Educators” and we are ALL essential to the organizational health, progress and delivery of a stellar CMSD customer experience.
The activities for NCSW 2024 highlight the importance of the customer experience standards held at CMSD, acknowledge our Educators in the various roles who deliver service in some capacity each day, and serve as a “thank you” to all.
Started in 1987, National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. A high point in the week’s long history came in 1992 when the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, which is celebrated annually during the first full week in October.
The Customer Experience department is excited to celebrate this week with CMSD divisions, offices, school and department teams who take the challenge to host some "special touches" in their own way.
