Policy
The Chief Financial Officer, who is appointed by the District’s Chief Executive Officer pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3311.72(C), shall be responsible directly to the Chief Executive Officer and shall work cooperatively with the Board. The Chief Financial Officer is not required to have an Ohio Treasurer’s certificate or any other license, certificate or permit.
The Chief Financial Officer shall oversee:
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Budgets
- Financial Reporting
- Cash Management
- Controller’s Duties
- Grants Fiscal Management
- Procurement and contracts
- Purchasing
- Internal Controls
- Student Financial Activities
- Revenues
