STEPHANIE MOORE

From the several times I have observed her, Mrs. Moore is always communicating with H.E.A.R.T. There is never a moment you will catch her without a smile and a warm greeting. Just one example is the time she recently had to escort a Scholar from her classroom out into the hallway. She used active listening to get down to the scholar's problem and asked how she could help him re-focus on his class work. I have seen her display the same kind of individual attention to other scholars struggling with a particular difficulty. I have also witnessed her apologize if she thought she was wrong. Mrs. Moore has built an amazing rapport with scholars, parents and fellow staff members.
