Ed always begins the day with an excellent, positive attitude. Whenever a driver asks for help with a school bus, he is right there to assist. I have seen him bring a smile to the face of a driver who might be having a bad day. He lifts the whole shop to a high level of excellence. We strive to be better mechanics because of Ed's work ethic. I know we are a better team because of him. In turn, we can better accommodate our drivers, who then can deliver better service to our scholars. Even when I am not in the best of spirits, he goes out of his way to perk me up. I am thankful to have him here, and so are our drivers.
