Policy
The Board conforms to existing copyright laws and maintains the highest ethical standards in using copyrighted materials for instructional purposes.
The Board encourages its educators to enrich the learning programs by properly using supplementary materials. It is the responsibility of District employees to abide by the copying procedures and requirements of the law. Under no circumstances may employees of the District violate copyright requirements. The Board is not responsible for copyright violations by its employees.
