Policy
The District has the basic obligation to manage and maintain all physical assets and public funds entrusted to it in a reasonable, professional, and business-like manner. The District provides legal protection for those individuals discharging responsibilities on behalf of the District. The District establishes a comprehensive insurance and risk management program to meet these obligations.
The Chief Executive Officer and their designee(s) administer the insurance program.
