    The Board of Education recognizes and negotiates with the designated authorized exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining unit for the purposes of collective bargaining. The applicable Bargaining Unit Agreement governs the terms and conditions of employment for members in a collective bargaining unit. individuals in the category of Support Staff/Bargaining Unit Representation.

    • Staff Promotions
    • Suspension, Demotion, Termination, Non-Renewal of Employment
    • Reduction in Staff Workforce

    Terms and conditions that are not addressed in the referenced bargaining unit agreements are governed by Board the policies for Support Staff/Nonunion.
